RETURNS POLICY
Each Errant Theory item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or incorrect sizes.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help resolve it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but additional shipping costs may apply.
